Ways To Pay

Direct Debits

To use this service you must have a bank or building society account. We are now offering two payment dates for direct debits, the 1st and 15th of every month. The rent will be taken from your account on or shortly after these dates.

To use this method a mandate form must be completed and returned to us. We will write to you at least 10 working days before the collection date informing you of any changes to the amount to be taken. You can cancel it at any time by informing your bank or building society.

Customers who regularly use direct debit as a method of paying bills list the following advantages:

Spreads costs – bills are spread into regular monthly amounts

Less chances for payments to go astray – safer than cash

Safer method of payment – the Customer Guarantee ensures that the customer is entitled to a full refund of payments taken in error.

Allpay Swipe card

This plastic card which holds your rent account number can be used at any Post Office in Britain and at any shops with Payzone, Paypoint or e-pay facilities. Over 70 shops and Post Offices are available in the Erewash area. For your nearest outlet click here.

Simply pass the card over with the correct money, cheque, or debit card, and the assistant will do the rest. Please note that the staff will not be able to give you any information about your rent account. The payment will be credited to your rent account within the next couple of days.

A card can be ordered from the rent office and will be delivered a few days later to your home. If you lose the card just call us on 0844 770 3500 and a new one will be ordered. The service is free and any other person can use this card on your behalf. Please keep the receipts of payment for your records.

Standing Order

You will need to set this up with your bank by using a form obtainable from us. When there are changes to your rent you will have to notify your bank. However if you use a Direct Debit, we will arrange any changes for you and notify you before doing so.

Payments can be made online through the Allpay website.

Just enter your swipe card number and follow the on-screen instructions.

By Post

Send cheques or postal orders made payable to Three Valleys Housing to Three Valleys House, Bramley Road, Long Eaton, Derbyshire, NG10 3SX. Please add your name and address on the back of the cheque. Please do not send cash through the post.
