Rent Statement
Rent Statements are sent out every three months. We hope that they will help you to monitor your rent accounts more easily.
So that inaccurate arrears are not shown we send them out after the monthly housing benefit payments have been received. Erewash Borough Council pays housing benefit to us every 4 weeks in arrears.
Rent Statement will be sent out on the following dates:
Monday 7th November 2011
Monday 5th December 2011
