We make it easy you to insure your belongings. We have teamed up with Royal and Sun Alliance Insurance plc to provide a home contents insurance scheme. We advise all residents to take out home contents insurance. You can do this through your own private arrangements or through our scheme.
Please note:
- You must keep your payments up-to-date as your insurance may be cancelled if you fall into arrears
- Insurance premiums are not covered by Housing Benefit
- Your application may not be accepted if you are in rent arrears.
