Where Can I Find An Exchange?
As well as on this website, you can advertise or see other possible exchanges in our offices at Bramley Road, Long Eaton. If you would like to advertise your home for exchange please download this form (pdf reader required), complete it and return it to our offices (forms are also available from our offices or by calling 0800 389 8083).
We also suggest that you advertise in local newspapers. Some newspapers will allow you to advertise for free so check out what is available. You could also advertise in your local shop or newsagent.
If you are moving into a new area, we recommend that you visit to find out what the area is like. It would also be worthwhile asking why the other party wants to move. If there are problems in the area, it is worth knowing before you agree to exchange. An exchange is a ‘one-way’ process. If you change your mind after you move, you will not be able to move back to your former home but you will be able to seek a further exchange.
