How to apply for a home
From 26 March 2009, we let our available properties through Home-Options - the new scheme for letting homes in Erewash.
Under Home-Options we will advertise available properties in Erewash through fortnightly property sheets. If you are registered with the Home-Options scheme, you can 'bid' for up to three of the properties that are advertised.
Registering for Home-Options
You need to be registered to be able to bid (if you were previously registered with us on our waiting list, you still need to fill in a new form for the Home-Options scheme). Contact us to ask for a form (details below) or apply on-line at the Home-Options website.
When you register, you will receive a welcome pack from Home-Options, which explains how the scheme works in more detail.

Don’t forget – if you’re a Three Valleys resident and you downsize to a smaller property, we’ll pay you £700 for each extra bedroom you release. For example, if you move from a three bed house to a one bed flat, you could receive £1,400. Call us today for more information!
