Local Conversation will help shape service

On Wednesday 3rd June we embarked on our third round of ‘local conversation’ visits, this time getting feedback from residents in our more rural areas.

Over the past two months we have visited approximately 600 residents, getting their views on key aspects of the services we provide. These include how we communicate with our residents, our repairs service, what’s important to our residents and how they get involved with us. We also asked about satisfaction with our current service and what our future service might look like.

The information we have collected will be used to help us develop our new Corporate Plan that we will launch at our AGM later this year.
