Roadshow Bus
We have a roadshow bus that we use for estate visits and other occasions.
On the roadshow, you can report a repair, speak to a member of our staff about any issues you have or find out more about Three Valleys Housing and how you can get involved. Members of the neighbourhood management and repairs teams regularly join the roadshow to help to answer your queries.
Rural Roadshow
We recognise that residents living in rural areas may face difficulties in accessing our services so we have joined forces with Derbyshire Constabulary's Safer Neighbourhood Team on the Rural Roadshow. Anyone is welcome to come along have a chat with us or their local beat team about any issues they have.

Ilkeston Roadshow
We use our Roadshow Bus to hold a surgery on the Market Place in Ilkeson on the first Friday of every month. The Bus will be parked next to the Town Hall from 10.00am until 2.00pm.

Staff will be available to talk to residents about any of their concerns, whether it is our new choice based lettings scheme, discussing a repair or enquiring about their rent account.
Our roadshow bus will also be visiting Ilkeston throughout the summer, making visits to the Critchley Street, Erewash Square and Cook Drive areas.
