Corporate Plan 2007- 2010
Our Corporate Plan was launched at our staff conference in July 2007. The Plan gives a summary of our past and our anticipated future, and was developed in partnership with our residents, our stakeholders and our staff.
This Plan states our commitment to being seen to be a community based organisation. We were created by our residents and we owe them a duty to invest and improve.
Our Plan is built around three main themes:
