Kevin Lowry - Chief Executive
Kevin has worked in Social Housing since joining Birmingham City Council as a junior clerk at the age of 16. He worked his way up, spending time at Sandwell Council, South Bedfordshire DC and Sanctuary Housing Association before taking up the role of Chief Executive of the Aldridge and Brownhills Housing Trust (part of the Walsall Housing Group) in 2004.
Kevin joined Three Valleys Housing in August 2006 with a clear vision for the association. He wants Three Valleys Housing to be:
- the best Landlord and service provider there is and for people to choose to live in our homes.
- an excellent employer that develops and rewards performance and where people choose to work.
- a well run, well governed and financially stable independent social business.
Outside of work, Kevin is married with three children, and a season ticket holder at Aston Villa FC. He has run the London Marathon six times.
Neil Venables - Director of Customer Services
Neil Venables joined us as Director of Customer Services in October 2007. He has a strong commitment to meeting the aspirations of tenants and improving services, homes and the community for the benefit of everyone.
A qualified accountant, Neil has over 17 years’ experience in the housing sector. He joined Three Valleys from his post as Director of Resources at Dales Housing in Derbyshire, and has previously worked for the Housing Corporation, an inner-city community-based housing association and a specialist supported housing provider. He is also a voluntary Board Member at the Trans-Pennine Housing Group.
Outside of work, Neil enjoys running and bird watching.
