Housing Corporation Assessment
Three Valleys Housing is registered with the Housing Corporation, the government agency that regulates housing associations.
The Housing Corporation sets out its expectations of housing associations in the Regulatory Code. In their series of "How we regulate" documents they explain how they will monitor the activities of housing associations.
A revised Housing Corporation Assessment was issued on 5 March 2008, showing Green for Governance, Green for Management and Amber for Viability, reflecting the work we have undertaken to develop our Board and to deliver improvements in the management of our homes.
