Three Valleys Housing is registered with the TSA, the government agency that regulates housing associations.
The TSA out its expectations of housing associations in the Regulatory Code. The six standards outlined explain how they will monitor the activities of housing associations.
We are addressing the six standards by assigning a lead officer from Three Valleys along with a Three Valleys resident to oversee the standard and ensure that Three Valleys Housing is either fully compliant or committed to working towards becoming fully compliant.
