Local Conversation will help shape service

On Wednesday 3rd June we embarked on our third round of ‘local conversation’ visits, this time getting feedback from residents in our more rural areas.

Over the past two months we have visited approximately 600 residents, getting their views on key aspects of the services we provide.

Second date for 'Local Conversation'

Staff from Three Valleys Housing will be visiting residents in Cotmanhay, Sawley and Sandiacre on Wednesday 20 May, as the second part of the our ‘Local Conversation’ gets underway.

Charter signing seals partnership

The signing of a charter on Friday 8 May 2009 confirmed the partnership between Three Valleys Housing and its ‘Decent Homes’ partners – J Tomlinson and Connaught Partnerships Ltd.

We are one of the largest housing associations in Derbyshire. We manage over 5,200 properties across the Erewash area.

We are one of the fastest improving associations in the country, moving from no-stars and uncertain prospects to one star and excellent prospects in just 20 months.

We were the winners of the Regeneration Scheme of the Year at the Housing Excellence Awards 2007 for our work on the regeneration of the Hopewell Farm estate in Ilkeston.
